Tube Fittings

Gene-tech Controls tube fittings provides a leak proof, torque free sealing at all tubing connections and eliminates costly hazardous leaks in instrumentation and process tubing. Designed to meet the stringent standards of BS 4368, part IV, 1984.

• The fitting consists of four part component - nut, back ferrule, front ferrule and body. When installed, it becomes a five piece connection when fixed to tubing. All the action in the fitting moves along the tube axially instead of with a rotary motion. Since no torque is transmitted from the fitting to the tubing, there is no initial strain, which might weaken the tubing.
• The ferrule design and sequential action of the fitting overcomes variations in tube material, wall thickness and hardness to ensure safe, reliable and leak free connection. Gene-tech Controls tube fittings are easily installed and no special tools required.
• Gene-tech Controls Double Ferrule Compression Tube and Adapter fittings are available in wide range of material, size, connections and configuration. These fittings are similar to and interchangeable with those of leading international manufactures.
